National Copyright Administration Issues 15th Five-Year Plan for Copyright Work
On Sept 7, the National Copyright Administration (NCA) published the 15th Five-Year Plan for Copyright Work. The Plan sets out China’s copyright policy priorities through 2030, covering the legal framework, copyright enforcement, copyright services, international cooperation, and public awareness. It includes 20 major tasks and 10 programs. The Plan aims to further improve China’s copyright legal framework and enforcement system by 2030, strengthen copyright-related services and industry development, deepen international cooperation, and improve the overall copyright protection environment.
