MOFCOM Released Measures for Investigating the Security of Industrial and Supply Chains
On June 22, MOFCOM released the Measures for Investigating the Security of Industrial and Supply Chains, which took effect upon promulgation. The Measures are formulated pursuant to the National Security Law, the Foreign Relations Law, the Law on Countering Foreign Sanctions, the Foreign Trade Law, and the Provisions of the State Council on the Security of Industrial and Supply Chains (State Council Order No. 834).
