CAC, MIIT and MPS Jointly Released Measures on Network Data Security Risk Assessment
On Jun 18, CAC, MIIT and MPS jointly released the final Measures on Network Data Security Risk Assessment, which will take effect on August 20, 2026. The final Measures incorporate some USITO’s recommendations, especially those focused on aligning requirements with higher‑level laws and national standards and improving implementation feasibility.
