On Jun 11, Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) released the Measures for Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances (Draft Revision for Comments), and the official deadline for submitting comments is July 12, 2026. The revision is undertaken to implement the relevant provisions of the Ecological and Environmental Code of the People’s Republic of China and to improve the new chemical substance environmental management registration system.
