TC260 Released AI Safety Governance Framework (V3.0)
On Sept 14, TC260 released the AI Safety Governance Framework (V3.0). As the latest edition in the AI Safety Governance Framework series, Version 3.0 retains the core governance architecture of risk classification, technical countermeasures, and comprehensive governance. It further advances a full-lifecycle, end-to-end governance model covering AI research and development, training, deployment, operation, use, updating, and decommissioning. The Framework also places greater emphasis on ensuring that AI systems remain observable, traceable, auditable, and subject to meaningful human authorization, oversight, and control throughout their lifecycle.
