On Feb.2, 2010, USITO led a delegation with reps from ITI, SIIA and SIA to meet with Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA) to discuss the 13-product revised information security regulations, which become effective May 1.  Senior leadership from CNCA headed by Mr. Liu Weijun received USITO delegation. the meeting was fruitful, both parties exchanged views on how to adapt to the new regime, difficulties for foreign firms to comply, technial issues, etc. We also reached concensus to continue the dialogue before and after the May 1, 2010 enforcement date.
