Zachary Jian

Policy Associate

Zachary Jian joined USITO officially in 2019. As a Policy Associate, he primarily supports the daily affairs of Standards Working Group and Intellectual Property Working Group. He graduated from Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in intellectual property law and also in business English with a double bachelor's degree in literature.

The scope of his work mainly includes dynamic tracking of national standards, industry standards, enterprise standards and social organization standards legislation and revision. And standards database design, management and routine maintenance.
