Max Klein

Policy Director

As Policy Director, Max guides USITO's policy agenda and manages USITO's six issue area working groups, including Cybersecurity, Telecommunications & Internet, and others. Max also serves as chief liaison with U.S. government in Washington and Beijing, and with American and other international trade associations actively engaged in the IT and telecommunications space in China. Prior to joining USITO in 2010, Max worked in sales and business development at a start-up media company in Beijing. Max graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor's degree in China and Asia-Pacific Studies (CAPS).
